Refund Policy

Effective September 17, 2026

Uncapped is a product of J1K Technologies. It's sold as a one-time $10 purchase — no subscription, no recurring charge. This page covers Uncapped specifically. For our other products, see J1K Technologies' refund policy at jump1k.com.

Eligibility

You're eligible for a full refund if, within 14 days of purchase:

your license key has not been activated on any device, or
Uncapped doesn't run on hardware that meets the stated requirements (Apple Silicon on macOS, or a DirectX 11/12 graphics card on Windows) and we can't resolve it through support.

What isn't covered

Change of mind after the license has been activated and used.
Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
Dissatisfaction with a capture card's own quality — Uncapped enhances the feed your capture card produces; it can't fix a weak source signal.
Purchases made through an unauthorized reseller rather than this site directly.

How to request one

Email support@jump1k.com within 14 days of purchase, from the same address you bought with.
Include your order ID or license key.
If it's a compatibility issue, tell us what happened — we'll try to fix it first; most issues are solvable without a refund.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–10 business days. Once refunded, the associated license key is deactivated.

Chargebacks

If a payment is disputed with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to deactivate the associated license.
